Clean & Dry recently did radon mitigation in my Echota condo as part of our purchasing process. The lower level condo had a reading of 6.6 and after mitigation, we're averaging 0.9.... well within EPA recommendations. We had such a damp crawlspace because our drainage was no longer working. In just 3 days they got rid of the mold that was growing and making our house smell, fully encapsulated the space and installed underground drainage. Not only that but they were the best price! They did more things to solve our issue than other companies that gave us a quote. And those other companies wanted more money! Clean and Dry really do care about their costumers and their quality of work! Fully recommend!!!

They accommodated the change to the schedule. At every step they communicated clearly with us. Jed and Luke really went the extra mile in cleaning up the work site.
